Serial Number

I purchased my V1P MAX on Amazon and had it professionally installed. Now I cannot find the Serial Number in order to register my camera. Can I find the serial number in the software menu? If not, can you advise me how to temporarily remove the front camera to locate the serial number (if that is where the Serial Number is located?).

  I have the same question, also need to know where the order ID number is located on the Best Buy receipt?

  I emailed customer service and they just replied. I have a v1gw-4k so I don't know if it's in the same place as mine, but, mine is located on a grey sticker above the front camera. My camera removes just by lifting it straight up off the mount. I had to rotate my camera to see it.

  The order ID on Best Buy receipt is at the bottom where it says: Your Customer Service PIN is:  #### ### #### ######. The serial number on the camera is on the front facing camera in large letters on a silver/grey sticker.
