    You just need to make sure you are powering the camera with either the Rexing cigarette lighter charger or hardwire kit while connected to WFI.  Another thing you want to try doing is to turn the cellular data off (iPhone) or turn off Mobile data ( Android).In some cases, you might lose your WIFI connection if you are close to your home WIFI or Work Wifi. This is because your phone turns to prioritize other networks over the camera WIFI. So it is advisable to find a location with no or fewer WIFI connections. If this issue persists, please reach out to support for assistance

    I have done these steps. It is super frustrating when some say it take mins while I have been working on this for couple of works. It is hardwired into my truck
