V5 issues

I just installed the camera with the hardwire kit.  The camera will come on when the truck starts but it will not shut off……no idea why?  Very frustrating spending the time to hardwire and it not work correctly?

 

Second issue ……no when the truck starts goes to the white start up screen and stays there and does nothing else????

 

So far not impressed.

  So I did a firmware update…..now another problem.  The camera will power up and record for one minute then power down and power back…and repeats itself no stop….I had to disconnect power to shutdown,

  This camera sucks. I still cannot get the camera to stay powered on. And now I went to pull the card to view videos and all this dam piece of junk is recording sound. No video!!!
