SD Card won't mount on MacBook
I needed to review video yesterday from my V5 Plus and pulled out the memory card to put in my M1 MacBook Pro and the card would not mount. I was able to get it to open on a Windows Machine, and discovered that the camera hasn't recorded any new video in 8 months. I thought maybe there was an issue with the memory card, so I tried to reformat, but after a long time, it errored out.
I bought a new SD card last night and followed instructions to try and update the firmware (it's also out of date and thought that might attribute to the problem). After I formated the new card in the camera, when I went to put it in my MacBook, same issue, it will not mount. I can find no documentation anywhere that I should be having this problem or that your cards don't work with Macs.
Please advise on what to do.

We are sorry to hear that your card wasn't mounting. This is actually a known issue with MAC computers and isn't related to Rexing or your camera. A simple youtube search on "How to fix sd unrecognizable by MAC" can pull up some videos that can help you resolve this issue.
If you continue to have issues, please reach out to Rexing support.
