missing items in order that are on packing slip

just ordered new R4 camera with extra goodies costing me over $350 get my order today...missing one of my extras that was 30bucks and the Hard wire kit with gps that THEY put along in the deal for the new R4 and YOU'LL NEVER GUESS...surprise! surprise! There BOTH listed on packing slip...BUT THEY NEVER MADE IT IN MY BOX!!
