Today, March 13, 2023, I called support services and spoke to Mr. Leefield. I want to state an acknowledgement of my experience with Mr. Leefield. Mr. Leefield was attentive to my needs and thanks to his outstanding customer support I was able to make the right decision in purchasing the correct product to my needs. His knowledge about the products and his assistance with providing me with an update, information given to me about a new product and further explanation in details in general about all Rexing products was very helpful and overall, an excellent Care Team representative.
