Video play back error

hey camera had been good, 8/10, from time to time the camera will turn “off” but the power light is still saying is on, Just a quick turn on button will turn it back to life, video quality is good. Setting up the app was easy and works great now that I spend a month wondering why I was getting a video play back error!, How I fixed this problem on my iPhone 12 was; I went to my iPhone setting, scrolled down to the Rexing Connect App, & !turned off! Cellular Data (turning this off let me access my videos and live camera view) hopefully this helps if your having the same video play back problem.. THANKS..
