Can't read card

I recently bought a Rexing V5c Plus GPS Dashcam. The micro SD card I used in the camera can't be opened on any other device or computer. What's the remedy? Please advise.

  Hi  Ron,

  The V5 formats the sd card as Fat32 so you just need to make sure your computer supports this file format.
