Rexing M3 1080p 3-Channel Mirror Glitching

Hi guys,

Wondering if I bought a defective camera. I had a previous Rexing dash cam (same model) but the LED screen cracked so I bought another one. I had the wires professionally installed, so I bought the same model thinking I’d only have to install the rear view camera. I tried it today and it makes this weird static sound and glitches as soon as I turn off the car. Doesn’t happen when I turn on the car. I didn’t do anything wrong as it’s just two wire plugins.
