R4 Deleting, Sharing, App

Can you delete files directly from the camera or the app? I cannot find how to do this. Having an app should make this a seamless process. Do I have to take out the SD card and plug it into my computer every single time I want to delete things? I have a $30 camera that plugs into my car that lets me do this. Also, I can't share from the app either. I've had this thing installed for a day and it's been a pain.
