Updated firmware by what support said to do. Worked all day the following day. Last night when I drove again it started freezing on start screen. I have the V55. I tried to redownload new firmware this morning and did the process again. Still frozen!! Not open on weekends. Ive had this almost $200 dash cam for a week. Super irritating and just inconvenient. anybody have any ideas…

  Same for me . I have the V33, paid over $200 for it at Best Buy. The first one wouldn’t play back. The second one worked for almost two weeks, then the screen started freezing up. Of course Best Buy won’t accept returns after 14 days. Rexing wants me to download new firmware. I told him I shouldn’t have to fix a brand new out of the box item that cost over $200! So frustrating!!
