Update MI PRO

I have a M1 Pro Rexing car camera. I have been trying to download the update for this camera but not possible to download for some reason, although I have followed the procedures. I'm using a MicroSDcard 32GB. I have format the disk. The file to download is a .bin file and it has to be added to the SDcard, not in any folders. Can someone help me with this. If I can use my carmera, I will return the camera to Rexing. Thank you for your help.
