Apple IOS Catalina operating system incompatible

I get an erro for possible virus cannot be ruled out by the new Apple Operating System, IOS Catalina.  Does anyone have a link to work around this?

  This is the message I receive while attempting to unzip GPS Logger support software using IOS Catalina

  This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.
