camera only recording 8 seconds loop off.

my cameras are only recording 8 seconds out of 7 min video wifi is on. after trying go view the video in app wifi on.  i have turned off lopping. the card is formatted 256mb with the cameras it came with.  new install  today i have noice watch my phone the camera display in the app  recording majorly glitching on its own 5 times. with lines and purple lines like it’s distorted.
