S300 update Firmware

When I updated my firmware from B70.20150911.001  To   B70.20161011.001 the Loop recording has no OFF. All my videos are 1, 3 , or 5 minutes what ever I chose but I want longer Videos as I had with the older firmware. Camera is  S300

  The S300 model is currently being serviced by a different group that do not have any direct links with Rexing

  Unfortunately, we don't have any information regarding the S300 model that will help you in the case.
