Smart hardwire kit works for the V1P, but not the V1P Pro?
I'm wondering why the smart hardwire kit works for the V1P but not the V1P Pro? I was hoping to run parking mode on my Pro. However it seems that will not be possible unless I run continuous power and leave the camera fully powered on at all times. I was hoping for a more intelligent solution. Like what I think is offered in some of the other cameras in the Rexing lineup and uses the smart hardware kit. My understanding is they run in a low power consumption idle mode waiting for a shock and will record for 20 seconds and then go back to idle/low power consumption mode. Is that the case with some of the other cameras, like the V1P(Non Pro), V2 Pro, V1-4K?
Assuming that is true, It seems like an odd oversight to include this feature in the V1P and not the V1P Pro. I was hoping to be able to supply constant power and accessory power to my V1P Pro and have it intelligently power on if it feels a shock. Now it seems that is not possible with the V1P Pro unit that I own. Can someone explain why this feature was omitted from the V1P Pro?
Thank you,
Mike

I have a similar issue. smartwire kit states compatible for V1P Pro. however, every circuit I connect the "not always on" to, does not work, no matter always on , or key on circuit.
What is the remedy Rexing folks?
