Rexing P1 to dispute erroneous driving infractions?
I am a civilian working as a delivery driver. I am exploring body worn cameras as a means to dispute erroneous driving infractions recorded by my employers dash mounted mobile app (e.g., "phone manipulation," and "seat belt"). In sum, numerous times during shifts I have received illegitimate "events" of this sort which negatively impact my FICO score.
My question is simple: if I wear this device in the appropriate position on my torso and run it constantly during an 8 hour shift, will it record the area immediately around the steering wheel of the vehicle and what my hands are doing at all times during operation of the vehicle? (Particularly to demonstrate that (a) I do not touch the phone while the vehicle is in gear and (b) the seatbelt is fastened while the vehicle is running.
The latter obviously would not be recorded visually, but presumably it would show up on audio as the sound of the seat belt clicking.

I believe the battery will not function for 8 hours of continuous operation.
