Returning the product that does not work.
Hello, I have been waiting to get an respond from Rexing customer service for about two week just to refund a camera because it is not working.
I have tried everything myself to make it work but the camera does not turn on for some reason.
Rexing has not responded me for about two week from the last email. I already have created a couple different request but they merge them into an original thread but no more information after. I still need an return label and the address where I need to send.
Also, I am little worried since It has been almost a month from my purchase date.
How long have you guys had to wait just to get respond from the customer service?
I hope they stop ignoring my request.

Join the club like I was a few weeks ago until I had to contact the BBB just to get a response. Definitely something is going on with this company with their staff and customer service responsiveness. WTF Rexing!?!

I bought the device from 2019 and it has been completely broken now and I do not know how to fix it.

I'm glad I was able to return the V5 4K 3 Channel I had bought. It took way to long for any response from product support. No number to call either just a static message as of this writing to e-mail support.
