THE REXING S1 IS USELESS. IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY AND NEITHER IS CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I was the recipient of a road rage incident. The video went to my cell phone under the Rexing app. I needed to be able to send the video to the police dept and my insurance company. The police want it on a thumb drive. The file was to big to send to my email. The store where I purchased it sent an email to Rexing who replied to use another app called TimaCam. That doesn't work. My insurance company said to use an app called Box, that didn't work. There is no SD card. I've had at least 10 tech guys trying to figure it out to no avail. I sent Rexing customer service an email 2 weeks ago and haven't received an answer. A call to customer service said they are not taking calls because of Covid. To late to return it and I'm out my money.
