    Thank you for contacting Rexing.

    We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. First, we want to be sure that you are using this in your vehicle with a Rexing charger or hardwire kit. We cannot guarantee other products will work to the same degree as ours. Please also be sure that the sd card you are using is at least class 10 and high endurance. 

    Note : Do not use USB cable to power the dash cam.

    did they fix this issue.  I am having the same issue. Updated the software and not the front camera no longer works.  I can plug the back camera in and it still shows up on the screen no front camera at all. 

    Please let me know what you did to fix this.  Support is not as quick as I hoped to get this resolved.
