Rexing v3 Bricked after Firmware update

I installed the update listed here, as described exactly: https://www.rexingusa.com/support/firmware/rexing-v3-firmware/ Install instructions: https://www.rexingusa.com/support/how-to-update-firmware/ It bricked my camera with no way to revert it, even following their troubleshooting method here: https://www.rexingusa.com/black-screen-update-firmware-fail-trouble-shooting/ Their next option, support, was absolutely useless. Has this happened to anyone else? Any way to unbrick a firmware update?
