    If a long hold does not work, maybe the firmware got corrupted during install.  I'm sure Rexing will attend to this with a replacement.

    Rexing replaced this with a new V3+ camera. It’s a great camera, but after using it for a couple of months now, it is starting to act up too. It locks on the startup screen that shows the logo and just stays there. I have done nothing to the camera since I received it. I have tried power cycling it, unplugging the power cord, etc and it stills just won’t go past that startup screen, and it records nothing. I need help from Rexing support.
