BRAND NEW V2 CAMERA WON"T GET PAST THE OPENING LOGO SCREEN
While I was waiting for the camera to arrive, I was looking for info on the iphone app and saw that there was a firmware update. I downloaded and had it ready when the camera arrived. When I took the camera out of the box, before I turned it on for the first time, I inserted the SD Card for the update. The red light blinked for about 45 seconds and then the opening screen came on and I still can't get past that.
I tried calling your support number during business hours and got a recording that no help was available. During your posted business phone support hours.... :-(
Can anyone offer any suggestions? Is there a way to reset the camera? I tried the little pin hole on the side, but that didn't work either.
