Hi, 3 minutes is video clip length, after 3 minutes dash cam will start another 3 minutes clip, until memory card full, when card full, the new 3 minutes clip will overwrite oldest video clip

If you aren’t able to insert the card with your fingers, try using a coin to push the memory card until the card locks into place.

Please use the dash cam to format the memory card. Press the MENU button twice, and use the UP/DOWN button to scroll down to Format. Use the video below as a reference.
