It's V1P Pro and it has capacitors so no batteries. Are the capacitors dead? It's also brand new as I just bought it.

Problem reading videos less than 3 minutes/1 minute
Depends on the setting in your camera, it seems like any media player including Rexing's GPS logger has a hard time reading any videos that are less than the 3 minutes/1 minute. I would think peop...
