    We understand how frustrating it gets when your camera isn't functioning.

    Your issues with the camera are firmware related and as such, you have to update the firmware to see if that makes a difference. Contact support for additional help if the issue persists.

    Hi did you get this to work? I have the exact same problem. My v3 was on a only firmware version and I figured I'd update to the latest version form here (https://www.rexingusa.com/support/firmware/rexing-v3-firmware/) 

    Release date: 10/12/2021

    Current Version Number: M3AC00.660.453.20211012.02.01

    My sd card was already formatted by the dash cam and I followed the steps to update it and now it is stuck on the logo screen and won't boot past it.

    Any help would be appreciated. Do you happen to have a download link to an older firmware version perhaps?

    I was able to get mine working again. I contacted support and John sent me an older firmware from 2004 that I was able to flash and the dashcam booted again.
