Question 2. What should I do if CPW-1 doesn't work properly after connecting it to the vehicle?
Answer:
- Please check if the vehicle has Carplay functionality and if it has been selected in that mode.
- Please check if the USB cable is correctly inserted, securely plugged in, and inserted properly according to the instructions.
- Select another USB port in the vehicle and do not plug any other devices into it.
- Reset the vehicle system to factory settings and reconnect.
- Replace the USB cable (you can try using a different USB cable, such as an android usb cable )..
- Please let us know the car model, year, fault symptoms.
Question 3. What should I do if CPW-1 crashes and restarts upon the first connection to the car?
Answer: In some cars, it is normal for the system to reboot and allocate resolution after the connection.

Question 5. What should I do if my phone fails to connect or restarts when connected to CPW-1 for the first time?
Answer: Do not disconnect the connected phone. Simply unplug and plug in CPW-1 again, and it will automatically reconnect. This is considered a normal phenomenon.
Question 6. Why is there no wired Carplay?
Answer: If you want to use wired Carplay, you can disable our product and directly use the vehicle's wired Carplay function.
Question 7. Unable to connect to wireless Carplay.
Answer:
- When the message "Use Carplay" pops up on your phone, you need to select "Allow."
- Phone - Settings - General - Carplay in the car. Clear the connected devices: Phone - Settings - General - Reset iPhone - Reset Network Settings. Restart the phone and reconnect.
- If you still can't connect, do not disconnect the phone. Simply unplug CPW-1 and wait for it to automatically reconnect.
Question 8. Can't display in full screen?
Answer: Since this product's functionality relies on the vehicle's Carplay, the display size for wired Carplay is the same as that for wireless Carplay.
Question 9. CPW-1 frequently disconnects, restarts repeatedly, or doesn't turn on. What should I do?
Answer:

Question 13. What should I do if there is no sound during calls?
Answer: After connecting to CPW-1, disable Bluetooth connection to other Bluetooth devices on your phone.
Question 14. Why can't I zoom in or out on Google Maps?
Answer: The product is based on Carplay protocol, and the Carplay protocol does not support multi-touch. The easiest way to zoom in or out is to use the "+" and "-" icons in the bottom right corner of the map.
